Our Warranty Coverage
At Indigo Signs, we take pride in delivering products that stand the test of time. Our limited warranty covers any signs and products you purchase from us. We stand behind our workmanship and materials, ensuring that your signage is free from defects such as peeling, delamination, and faulty installation.
Warranty Duration
Our warranty lasts for a substantial two years from the date of your invoice. Within this period, if you encounter any defects arising from materials or workmanship, we've got you covered.
What's Included
During the warranty period, we're committed to rectifying any defects at no cost to you. This includes both labor and materials. If any part is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within two years, we'll replace it promptly.
Extended Manufacturer's Warranty
We stand behind the manufacturer's warranty for parts that come with a warranty longer than two years. However, please note that labor fees might be incurred in such cases.
Exclusions
It's important to note that our warranty doesn't cover banners and painting performed in the field, as these are considered temporary. Additionally, damages caused by careless handling, improper installation, misuse, vandalism, severe weather, normal fading, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
If you've adorned your vehicle with our graphics, proper care is essential to preserve their longevity. Indigo Signs will not warranty graphics applied to vehicles due to uncontrollable circumstances such as road conditions and seasonal hazards. We advise against running your vehicle through touchless or soft-touch car washes, which can affect the graphics. Instead, opt for hand washing to keep your lettered vehicle looking its best.
Returns
If you need to return a product, please ensure it's preauthorized by an Indigo Signs representative. Products returned for reasons other than failure will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Defective Merchandise
In some cases, we might offer a discounted price for defective merchandise, allowing you to accept the product as-is or have it repaired at your expense. We believe in finding solutions that work for both parties.
