Lead the Financial Future of a Market-Leading Manufacturing Company
For nearly 30 years, Indigo Signs has helped recognizable brands across the Upper Midwest bring their identities to life. With seven locations, three manufacturing facilities, and the region’s largest team of signage professionals, we deliver custom-engineered signage solutions backed by operational excellence and full lifecycle service.
Our culture is grounded in our IMAGE core values: Integrity, Makers, Action, Growth, and Experience. As we enter our next phase of accelerated growth under private equity ownership, we are seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer to elevate financial performance, strengthen infrastructure, and drive disciplined value creation.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional back-office CFO role.
The Chief Financial Officer at Indigo Signs is a highly visible, operationally engaged executive leader. You will partner directly with the CEO and President/COO to execute the value-creation strategy, increase financial visibility across all locations, and build a scalable finance function capable of supporting both organic growth and acquisitions.
You will oversee Finance, Accounting, HR, and Investor Reporting: bringing structure, accountability, and strategic insight across the enterprise.
If you are equally comfortable analyzing plant-level job costing and presenting board-ready financial narratives, this role offers both strategic authority and operational impact.
